I have so many positive things to say about Dr. Lusine! I've had the pleasure of seeing her for a few years now, and although my family has since moved up state, I still make sure to do my regular check-ups with her. Dr. Lusine is everything you want a healthcare provider to be - warm, honest, transparent, efficient. Waiting time has always been absolutely reasonable, she is thorough, and takes the time to answer all questions in a kind and informative manner. Thank you for all of your hard work!​​​​​​​

I've visited this office a couple times, seen Dr. Lusine once for myself and twice for my daughter. She was so nice, patient, and professional. She not only took care of us so well but educated us incredibly too. We loved her, we love it here.​​​​​​​

Finally, I got to get my eyes checked by the amazing Dr. Vardanyan! She was so much fun to work with and very thorough with the exam. I had taken 3 pairs of glasses so she can evaluate the conditions; she gave her honest opinion! I realized that my eyes were not as bad as I have been told before! Thankful with her prescription recommendation. In less than 2 weeks, got my glasses back. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well. Thank you for your service!​​​​​​​

I went to my appointment not knowing what to expect but as soon as i arrived i was greeted with open arms and was asked to fill out paperworks and do my retinal scan and then the doctor saw me. She was the nicest lady. She told me that i have dry eyes and she would put me on antibiotics for 7 days and would like to see me after I've done my antibiotics so that she can give me the right prescriptions for my glasses. She was not quick to say here's your prescription and sent me home. She took time with me and didn't rush me out of the office. I would refer my family and friends to go to there office.​​​​​​​

They take the time to address your concerns and help you to make the best choices. In this day where doctors want to push you in and out of the visit as fast as possible its refreshing when you find one who'd rather do it right!​​​​​​​

Been coming here for 5 plus years and honestly I’ll rather drive here than go somewhere closer. Since day 1 staff has been friendly and amazing. As a healthcare professional I would highly recommend Burbank Family Optometry!​​​​​​​
